Please send an email to info@curatejewelry.com within 24 hours of receiving the product to let us know the product was damaged during shipping. We will refund your money or send a replacement once the damaged product is returned. 

All orders are shipped for a flat rate of $8 to the U.S! At this time we do not ship to outside the United States. Orders typically ship out within 3-5 business days, but may take as long as 12 days to receive. All orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS.

All orders are shipped for an $8 flat rate to anywhere in the US! Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! However, if you aren't, send the unworn item back and we will gladly issue you a refund or store credit on all unworn merchandise within 30 days after delivery.

For a full refund, please follow these steps:

1. Within 30 days of delivery, please send an email to returns@curatejewelry.com stating why you are returning the item. Please include if you would like a refund to the original form of payment or a store credit for future purchase. All items must be unworn and in original condition.
2. You will receive an email from Curate with your return authorization code. Please ship item(s) back within 7 days of receiving the email. Once the item is received and in original condition, we will process your refund minus an $8 return fee. The refund may take up to 7 days to process.

Since our jewelry is handmade, the size and color may vary slightly from the pictured item. However, if you are not satisfied, please send an email to info@curatejewelry.com to initiate a return within 30 days of receipt.
