Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! However, if you aren't, send the unworn item back and we will gladly issue you a refund or store credit on all unworn merchandise within 7 days after delivery. 

For a full refund, please follow these steps:

  • Within 7 days of delivery, please send an email to returns@curatejewelry.com stating why you are returning the item. Please include if you would like a refund to the original form of payment or a store credit for future purchase. All items must be unworn and in original condition.

  • You will receive an email from Curate with your return authorization code. Please ship item(s) back within 7 days of receiving the email. Once the item is received and in original condition, we will process your refund which may take up to 7 days to process. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

  • Should your item(s) have a defect or damage, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order at info@curatejewelry.com
