In general, avoid using harsh chemicals and lotions on your jewelry. Avoid wearing jewelry in the pool or shower if possible unless gold-filled. Plated metals don’t need a lot of care, just wipe with an untreated cloth to shine them up again.
All jewelry should be stored in a cool, dry place. For travel, put in a jewelry bag, travel case or ziplock bag.
Shipping & Returns
All orders will be charged a flat rate of $8. Orders ship out within 3-5 business days of order date. We ship via USPS or UPS ground and orders typically arrive within 10-12 business days of order date. If you have not received your products within 12 business days, feel free to contact us using our contact page.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! However, if you aren't, send the unworn item back and we will gladly issue you a refund or store credit on all unworn merchandise within 7 days after delivery. Please see our Refund policy for more details.
